The Festival has become so popular after 32 years of success that it occurs on the last Saturdays of March and October every year. If you can’t make it to the Festival on October 29th, no need to despair. Funds raised from the Festival not only benefit the Elberta Fire Department, but also town and local charitable organizations who raise funds from their booths and parking fees. A tip from past attendees is to arrive early to beat the traffic and also to ensure that the cooks have not run out of sausage.
